I won't be doing any large updates for the next few weeks, but will instead be trying to list every day. I'm working on a very special new development of Pigeonroof Studios that I think you will love! It will be called THE LUMINOSITY PROJECT. This will be debuted at the end of August. I will be posting sneak peeks of the project on my blog and flickr. Also-- I have more Siren Two yarn and sock yarn on order, so it's coming!
ATTENTION: the ORIGINAL sock yarn, both fingering and sport, has a new base yarn. This is due to availability issues of the old base. The new base yarn still has a fabulous twist, and, if possible, is even squishier and plumper! Fingering weight comes in skeins of app. 435 yards; sportweight is 285 yards.
Shipping Policies: I try to ship within 3 days of receiving your order within the United States. International packages and Canada packages ship out Fridays. I ship first class domestic and first class international. If you are international or in Canada, packages can take up to two weeks to arrive. Within the US, packages can take up to 7 days to arrive, depending on how with it USPS decides to be!
If you are unhappy with any product you receive, you have up to thirty days to return the item for a full refund that includes shipping costs. Items must be in original state-- roving must still be intact, and yarn cannot have been wound into a ball.
I try to respond to all enquiries as promptly as possible, but I cannot always do so within the same day.

I do not do custom orders, exactly, but what I do instead is to keep a "want list". If you let me know what you are looking for, as precisely as possible, I will endeavor to fulfill your request as and when I can.
If you are paying through paypal, I would really appreciate it if you pay on the same day as your purchase. However, I understand that this is not always possible. Therefore, you have up to three days to make your payment through paypal; after that the transaction will be considered null and void and the item re-listed.
